H e l l o W o r l d! 🤖 I'm Christian Dezha and am currently trying to pursue a career change to Software Engineering and am open to relocation! There are so many paths that interest me in the software realm but I thought a good place to start would be as a Full Stack Developer!
I am always eager to continue learning and feel that with tech always advancing and being such a fast-paced industry, especially on the software side, it is a good career change over from previously being a Systems Engineer.
Recently, I have enjoyed developing my web-app, GIFTFaiRY🧚🏻, using the React and Django frameworks. The project has helped me to accelerate my learning for both Front-End and Back-End Development!
In my free time, my life revolves around being physically active, hanging out with family and eating food!
Fun facts!
- I started off in CS in college, eventually switched degrees to Applied Physics to try and pursue a more hands-on degree once I got to grad school, and well what do you know...here we are today.
- I got to visit Easter Island in 2020, a week or two before everything in the world shutdown.
- After only running one 5k and three 10ks, I signed up to run my first Ultra Marathon in 2023. (Oh and I only had less than 2 months to train for it).

A web-app that uses Spotify's API to search tracks in Spotify's music library, preview them and create a playlist to upload to a user's account.

Project that focused on using flexbox to design and build the layout for a company's homepage. The company chosen was for a personal friend. Website design is also responsive to different screen sizes.
